Art is consistently top-notch, the setting is gritty and ugly, the action a solid thrill, and it's good for the main character to have a single overarching goal to strive for, to tie it all neatly together. Another one of 2000AD's classics - entertaining to go through once, but never really struck the same chord for me as many others of its line.
